Ebo was great, kept in communication and was able to come earlier than the agreed slot due to availability which was great for me. Identified the problem and recommended the next steps needed. Lower stars for quality but only because the issue couldn’t be sorted during this appointment.

Hi thank you for the review.As you mentioned above i was not able to fix the issue due to needing a part replacement which could not be done same day and the booking was for diagnosing only, i couldn’t have fix it without knowing the issue. once you have accepted the qoute i will come back and get the parts replaced

Very disappointed, told me i needed work done that i didn’t, was 4 hours late and didn’t give me any updates other than that he would be a bit late but ended up being 2 hours even later after what he told me

hi am not sure where this review is coming from. i will post our conversation so other can see. i was never late. on my way to pick up the vehicle you told me not to come you rather wait for me to get the parts before coming so i can fix it on site which i told you parts won’t get to me till 12, i got the parts at about half 12 i told you and said i will be there by 2 i got there exactly at 2. you ask for a health check which i did i gave you a report is up to you to do the job or not i did not force you to do the job i just advice you. your review does not reflect the job i did i would advice you reverse it.

Hyundai i10 Washer System Inspection

Ebo was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to reconnect the washer pipe in no time. Unfortunately he was not able to fully repair my issue with rhe car windscreen washer. The advice he gave me was also not accurate, according to KwikFit mechanic.

Ebo came back to tell me what the real problem was, and fixed it as soon as the parts arrived.
Been using it a couple of weeks now and all seems ok.
I offer general service and repair on most make and model. In depth diagnosis and fault finding. Also carry out mobile alloy wheel refurbishment on site and off site depending on repairs.
