Ebo was great. Arrived promptly to collect the van. Work was carried out at his workshop which was reassuring as it was a major job.

The mechanic was friendly, he had the car for 9.5 hours which was a long time when he said he would be 4 hours, I had to chase him up to find out when he was returning with my car, when he did return the car didn't sound right, I was surprised that a qualified mechanic had returned my car with a sound like this with a clear conscience, therefore I spoke to the mechanic the following day and he came over and looked at my car, he said it was the waterpump that had to be renewed and he would do it at half price but couldn't do it until the following Tuesday which left me without a vehicle that I could trust over the easter bank holiday weekend. The work I had done was the timing belt and I assumed, wrongly, that he would do the waterpump as well as this is the norm with a modern car, the price of the timing belt kit indicated to me that this was indeed the case. I decided that I was not going to have the mechanic back as I was not confident of the work that I had already recieved. I carried out the water pump renewal myself and found that there was damage to my sump where the engine had been jacked up and some of the torx bolts holding the engine mount had been rounded off, the belt itself was over tight. I am very disappointed In the service I have recieved, especially when I had to fund further repairs after the work that was carried out. Read more

Good job done on my bmw 118d clutch replacement. Back the same day no problems. Couldn't be happier

Ebo was very friendly, even with a painful back.
He turned up within the two hours specified.
I felt he could of given a run down of the completed job but this may be because of his back issue.
Overall I would, and indeed am, using Ebo again because the work and parts is great.

Ebo was running late but let me know in advance and was apologetic. He finished the work in super quick time despite the heat.
