A friendly lady took my car on behalf of Ebo, my mechanic. Ebo called a number of times to inform me about the process of the work he was doing.

Ebo was excellent, kept me aware of what was happening, very proactive in his communication and very helpful.

Ebo and the two technicians he sent were all personable and communicative.
However they turned up at 09:15 when booked for 14:00-16:00. They found the screws attaching the disc to the hub were immovable and so drilled them out. There was no drill on the van so had to wait for Ebo to come and fix.
No road test on finishing the job but I found a continuous scraping noise so reported to Ebo who agreed to come next day. I called him at 16:00 since he had not arrived; he had forgotten but travelled immediately and fixed.

Ebo was fantastic from start to finish, very happy with the service and I will be using again in the future.
