Ebo was polite and did the work quickly. He showed me photos of another issue he found while doing the job and gave a no pressure quote through here for it. He was running about 20 minutes late but did call during the allocated time slot to let me know.

Scam artist, called me Friday and explained situation as failed MOT and read the item needed replacing. Claimed there was two parts and best to wait until Saturday and he would order the other and come over. Came over and said the initial was for bushes and the full anti rolling arm, said it was fine and would order part and come over Monday. Contact me late Monday to say could not get part from euro part, even though I checked and there was three available near me. Kept messing me around, reported problem and he then contacted me Wednesday saying he has the part and the quote had gone up to £422 from £168. 99, claiming that click mechanic should have me aware but never got any such note. I explained I had a quote from the mot garage for £226 and would agree to that price. He cancelled the booking charging me £40 call out and then claiming he also done a diagnostic test which I specifically asked I didn’t need. He was at my house for 3 min and charging me £82. Raised complaint but got an email saying that Ebo the mechanic had been paid. He call from private to hide his calls and this was all due to scam. Read more

when I got to the job and jack up the vehicle I notice what you booked the job for was not what was required.. and told you what the problem was which you admitted you made a mistake. anti-roll bar bush is different from anti-roll bar. on the job card you stated you wanted anti roll bar bush done..
when you spoke to me I told on the phone theres two types of the anti roll bar bush and is best to get both so I don't have to come back if the one I get is the wrong one, which you agreed.if you knew it was a bar you would have question me or said is not a bush is the bar.
how did you call me or text me if I hid my number.. why will I scam you for 82 which by the way I refunded you. if you told me it was the bar do you really think I will drive all the way to the and say other wise.
