eno was very good . i booked for monday but eno asked if i could switch to today which was fine as he was happy to come to the school where i work. he kept in touch to let me know what was going on , and when he arrived he got to work straight away and changed both sets of discs and pads in an hour . very good worker , no problems . im very happy that i booked through you . more than happy to recommend him and use him again . craig

Ebo was brilliant!

Great communication, punctual and the work was completed well within the stated time frame; more than happy with this service and will definitely be using again when required. And to top it off, considerably cheaper than quotes given by well known national repair chains.

Car booked in for Major Service and MoT.
Car passed MoT fine, then the tracker showed it parked outside a house in Ascot for a few hours. I asked for the old parts to be placed in a bag which I provided and when the car was returned there was only 1 cabin air filter in it, none of the others as requested. I’m wondering how much of the service was actually carried out? Only call I had from mechanic was to advise he was collecting car, he stated there were a couple of other items needing fixed (brakes and aux belt). I told him to let me know a price for the belt change, when car was dropped off I was advised he could not do the belt change as he could not sort a belt tensioner at such short notice? (Just as well as it appears that the work would’ve been carried out regardless). Very poor communication.
I have used Click Mechanic previously but it seems the vetting and checking of their approved mechanics and their work has slipped massively.

Clutch was repaired but now our speedo doesn’t work.. so I have texted him and have no answer back

Ebo was great. The work was completed before the estimated time and his communication was good. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Ebo once again did a brilliant job, no fuss. He replaced our shock absorbers and showed us what had gone wrong with the old ones.

Ebu put in a new clutch and shock absorbers on one car and did the brakes and cylinders on another, he was friendy, punctual and the work was of extremely high quality. We won't be using anyone else now

Whilst the work took longer than expected, when we discovered that there as additional work required, the price of this work was more then double what it should have been. I fell that the was an upsell attempt as you had my car and the mechanic himself had no say in the matter.

Quoting nearly £800 for £300-400 of additional work and parts has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will never use this service again, and of course never recommend it.
