Very disappointed, told me i needed work done that i didn’t, was 4 hours late and didn’t give me any updates other than that he would be a bit late but ended up being 2 hours even later after what he told me

hi am not sure where this review is coming from. i will post our conversation so other can see. i was never late. on my way to pick up the vehicle you told me not to come you rather wait for me to get the parts before coming so i can fix it on site which i told you parts won’t get to me till 12, i got the parts at about half 12 i told you and said i will be there by 2 i got there exactly at 2. you ask for a health check which i did i gave you a report is up to you to do the job or not i did not force you to do the job i just advice you. your review does not reflect the job i did i would advice you reverse it.

said a part hadn't arrived and would be here by now however, when i have tried to call back it says call failed and not been able to get through, no update on a time of arrival and was supposed to be here between 8-10 am

Ebo was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He was able to reconnect the washer pipe in no time. Unfortunately he was not able to fully repair my issue with rhe car windscreen washer. The advice he gave me was also not accurate, according to KwikFit mechanic.

hi thank you for your review. the diagnosis you book for was not related to the nozzle. i noticed that after fixing the pipe which i did not charge you for. you only booked for diagnosis.

Ebo turned up within the time slot. Took 5 min and he was gone because of parts needed. Turned back up a 1600 and it took him 15min to change the drive belt and tensioner.
