Kalim was a really nice guy, he kept us informed throughout with photos and videos, collected the car and returned it as soon as the clutch was fixed, I would highly recommend using this mechanic, he is trust worthy and skilled.

Yes Wayne was very helpful. Before he arrived I checked the engine and noticed that a connection had not been made to one of the units. Having repaired many cars as a youngster in the 50s and 60's I can't cope with computers. Anyway he turned the engine on and it was fine. Clearly it was the part that was not connected. I don't know why as it had been in for a computer check. Presumably a mechanic had looked in the engine. Given a lawyer could see the problem I'm surprised they didn't.

Yes. He diagnosed the actual fault in the car and didn't fit a new starter motor which I thought was the problem.

Jonathon was excellent for us, he reported several issues with a car we were looking to purchase, issues that we had not found or noticed when we looked at the car, had a great chat with him regarding the report on completion, well worth the money and piece of mind when buying a used car from a private seller.

Jonathan was polite and apologetic for the system error providing an incorrect cost for the starter motor replacement. Having listened to my description of the fault he suggested that a diagnostic may be more helpful which did reveal an error code that could be the cause of the problem. This is an intermitant fault and only time will determine if it has been resolved. I am pleased with the service provided and Jonathan's proactive approach.
