Yes. He diagnosed the actual fault in the car and didn't fit a new starter motor which I thought was the problem.

Jonathon was excellent for us, he reported several issues with a car we were looking to purchase, issues that we had not found or noticed when we looked at the car, had a great chat with him regarding the report on completion, well worth the money and piece of mind when buying a used car from a private seller.

Jonathan was polite and apologetic for the system error providing an incorrect cost for the starter motor replacement. Having listened to my description of the fault he suggested that a diagnostic may be more helpful which did reveal an error code that could be the cause of the problem. This is an intermitant fault and only time will determine if it has been resolved. I am pleased with the service provided and Jonathan's proactive approach.

Bens work was good, but I didn't receive the quote until the next day, not sure if it was Ben or Click mechanic, by then the car had sold but it needed a lot of work anyway so it didn't matter in the end.

Replaced belts and water pump and did a full service on the drive, showed us the old parts and their condition and pointed out a couple of things we need to look at.
