Excellent work. Was very professional. Went into great detail over the phone and sounded very knowledgeable. Plugged the car in as it was showing EML on even though it wasnt a part of the inspection, went out of his way to do this. Thoroughly impressed!

Kyriacos was very helpful. I originally paid for a transmission service but the realised that I would be wasting my money as the issues he had diagnosed would not be helped with a service. He charged me only for the diagnostic and not the full service, saving me a lot of money. Very honest and respectable mechanic that I would recommend.

I read some mixed reviews about my garage after it was picked up so was a little concerned. I contacted CM and they were very helpful. Had a timing belt replaced, new brake pads and discs. Seized caliper replaced and interim service. Car is running so smoooth now. I am really pleased with the work I can see/feel. I would recommend this garage.

Expensive and not transparent about how overall labour costs accrued. Reasons for ratings: 1) collection 1.5 hrs late 2) additional work recommended 3) overall cost of £1668.80 quoted 4) after work was paid I saw breakdown was £1337.72 for labour and £331.08 for parts 5) mechanic confirmed his daily rate was £80-£90ph but could not advise how 14hrs had accrued for labour 6) ClickMechanic reviewed and recommend just under £300 refund 7) mechanic refused If you go with this mechanic, and they advise you need additional work done, I would recommend you check the daily rate and how many hours the work is expected to take. Reading through the review, there are numerous other people stating this mechanic is expensive. He may be worth the price but, as always with things like this, it is reliant on trust and clarity around how charges were accrued. It's such a shame as the mechanic was great on the phone. ClickMechanic cannot help further in this situation.
