Peter was great to work with. He couldn’t get all the work done because of an error the previous mechanics had done in stretching and tightening a single front tyre lock nut too much. So he professionally finished all the other work and promised to come back once the problem had been resolved. He did so same day at 9:30pm working late to fulfil his obligations to me. Much appreciated.

Peter/ Bogdan the mechanic damaged my car whilst carrying out the full service.
He damaged my air duct pipe by pulling it with excessive force whilst trying to change the air filter.
He should repair the damage he caused to my car

No sir you duct pipe was damaged and we showed you prior to our work. You stood over our head like an umbrella the whole time to ensure the work is being done correctly and you would have pointed this out yesterday. We also reported you for 4 illegal tyres as you ignored when we showed you them being illegal and dangerous, instead you Immaturely said they are OKE they are OKE leave them. Okay mate we were going to leave them as we are mechanics not tyre shop guys. We also showed you your damaged duct pipe which you said it’s OKE again and ignored anything we were saying. The pipe cannot be damaged and any mechanic who knows this car will tell you that this pipes doesn’t need to be removed or have force to charge the filter. What a backfired claim you had this morning with click mechanic when you crazily confused them for being Uber and thought you can claim your money back and a free service including your new repair parts. This is the UK mate. don’t try to Fraud us and make false statements thinking we weren’t going to see the message you sent to click mechanic and respond within 30 seconds…. You may commit fraud but won’t work with us unfortunately as we have dealt with people like you long before you got here. Good luck with your repairs as you have many issues which unfortunately you won’t be able to claim on us. Read more
