In spite of a delay caused by the original mechanic breaking down on his way to me, when the replacement arrived he was knowledable & carried out the brake disks & pads relacement to my complete satisfaction. The company also offered a free diagnostic check for my troubles which the mechanic carried out without being prompted. All in all, a satisfactory experience.
