Excellent. Very happy with the work carried out. The mechanic assessed the problem methodically and came up with useful advice.

Justin was very polite, communicated really well, went above & beyond and was also really knowledgeable and helpful about the work he was performing and next steps I should take with a longstanding issue.

Justin was brilliant. I had a full service done on my car and he came along on time, was pleasant, courteous and very professional. It was pretty horrible weather too but he had no problem working on my car in the rain! I would certainly book Justin again for any other work needed in future.

Nice young man. Justin message me to say he was on his way. He was punctual.
The weather was terrible. I felt sorry for him working in that wind and rain even hail! but it didn’t both him. He was still all smiles and took his time getting the work done.
The only one thing negative I have to say is that he left the drivers window seat down whilst he was working which made the seat wet due to the rain and my daughter had to sit on a wet car seat that evening has it had dried enough. But other than that I am so far happy.

The front passenger side brake pad clip was not installed. And it’s not present.
