Justin was pleasant and efficient. He messaged before to tell me when he was coming, then on the day when he was on his way and was on time. He explained fully what he was going to do and completed the tasks quickly. I intend to use him in future when I need work on my car.

Nice young man. Justin message me to say he was on his way. He was punctual.
The weather was terrible. I felt sorry for him working in that wind and rain even hail! but it didn’t both him. He was still all smiles and took his time getting the work done.
The only one thing negative I have to say is that he left the drivers window seat down whilst he was working which made the seat wet due to the rain and my daughter had to sit on a wet car seat that evening has it had dried enough. But other than that I am so far happy.

The front passenger side brake pad clip was not installed. And it’s not present.

Justin was fantastic. He dived straight into my engine like a conductor managing an orchestra. Very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He even took the time to guide me through a potential repair I need to make and advise specific parts required. At the end of the job he was on his hands and knees wiping down my drive from oil stains that had nothing to do with my service. Excellent service, highly recommended!
