Best customer service I’ve ever had, mechanic was friendly and had great communication, the lady I spoke to over the phone made everything painless and was so knowledgeable and helpful.
My car was serviced and mot’d in an efficient and timely manner, all repair jobs and quotes were clear and competitive.
My previous garage had given my mot zero advisory’s which made me question something was wrong and brought me to click mechanic.
The quote was higher than I would like but I know my car is in safe hands after today’s experience and has now been booked in for next week to tackle this labour intensive repairs.
