Kris, did a really good job as far as I know. I’m not a mechanic so I can’t really comment.

Excellent standard, all work including MOT and interim service were carried out without any issues
Mechanic sorted out an oil leak incorrectly noted by a previous garage which saved me from booking work l did not need . Overall a very good service.

Kris was every good turned up within the time window expected and was polite and professional. He took my car away and completed the work in good time and returned it. The work quality seems to be of a high standard and the quoted price was met.

Kris was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He picked my car at 10:15am and had it back to me by 13:30pm. Raised a couple of potential issue's that may need dealing with in future and was on his way.

Would recommend Kris and use him again.

Great job,also cleaned my oil pressure sensor for free which has cured my oil warning light on my dashboard, which on a mini could be catastrophic,as I'm a previous garage owner and paint and body technician/trainer I anticipate that there can be delays or unexpected issues,they were all taken care of so highly recommend,35 years experience on my side so I know when a job is right,thanks to Kris n the team

Car went in for a clutch replacement and booked in for Friday. Garage seemed busy when I got there, so car came back 6 days later(they only work half day on Saturday and not Sunday as expected). There was also an issue with a air hose that had split which they fitted for me and fair enough they did not charge me for the labour to fit it. Initially the transmission seems a bit noisy, but I took it for a good drive yesterday and it seems the clutch is fine and noise has gone(new clutch wearing in?).
The communication I found could of been better. Punctuality? I dropped the car off and collected it, so not sure so I'll give them a 5. I suppose overall they did fit a clutch in a mini for a very reasonable price. Read more
