Very happy with all aspects of my first time with Click Mechanic. Very easy to process and walked me through the whole procedure. The mechanic gave me all the information I needed. Collected when arranged and dropped off in the same professional way. This is my future for MOT and annual service and anything else that may crop up. Simple, straightforward, job done.

Good service overall. Was just a shame that the pick up was delayed so it wasn’t done in a day . Received the car back more than 24 hrs after collection. I didn’t mind but probably should have been more clear on booking.

Kris was prompt and very friendly when he came to pick up my car. He let me know later in the day he would be delayed returning it but should only be half and hour late. He messaged when he was setting off and when he got here. He explained what work he had carried out and also advised me to keep an eye on something else. Would definitely go to Kris again.

Yes. The clutch was replaced and it now changes gear smoothly. The mechanic was professional and efficient.
