Great diagnostics. Mercedes main dealer had recommended replacing a back pressure sensor at £900 as readings wrong. Mark suggested readings may be caused by a leak in air intake to exhaust system and to get a smoke test done. He was right. Smoke test and pipe tightened up for £50 elsewhere to clear warning light and pass MOT.

4th time I've used click mechanic now and as always the service was impeccable...mark from viking autos took time to come long distance to put a diagnostics test on my daughters car as the engine management light had come on so she didn't want to drive it..Mark plugged the car in which showed 3 faults each of which he explained what the fault meant,why the fault was showing and how to fix the fault...he assured me none of the faults were serious and the car was perfectly fine to drive so he reset the system which turned off the warning light...I wasnt sure if the car had a coolant leak so mark was more than happy to pop the bonnet and check that for me. ..no leak found..he also noticed a rusty connection to one of the battery terminals and explained how I should clean that and keep an eye on it...fantastic guy with fantastic knowledge and very friendly...thanks again click mechanic and obviously massive thanks to Mark.....10/10.👌👌 Read more

They were able to diagnose the problem, allowing me to get it fixed appropriately in the future and putting my mind at ease about the problem. Explained it really well, considering I know nothing about cars.

Mark was brilliant he let me know exactly what was wrong and what to do about it it wasn't something anyone would be able to fix instantly without a ford parts dept at hand but I got the feeling if he could have he would have instead he left me optimistic about my car

I had initially enquired of RAC to arrange an pre-purchase inspection but they couldn't give a time or even a day so contacted ClickMechanic who would provide an inspection the next day at a time to suit me and at a much lower cost. Mark was great, arrived when he said he would even though he had to travel a long distance to get to me. He even let me drive the car around to make sure I was happy with how it ran, and he checked everything over again after I’d driven it to make sure it was all up to scratch.
