Shane was delayed on a previous job and made sure he contacted me in a timely manner to keep me informed and his revised ETA. He understood the issue and was very knowledgable. He was able to answer in great detail questions I had about other potential issues. His work was clean, tidy and very efficient. I was greatly impressed and will certainly use this service again.

Quite astounded the mechanic has charged the full £341 for NOT fitting the pads and discs as quoted, failing to even remove the locking wheel nut and stripping the top 5mm of teeth from the 10mm teeth on the wheel nut removal tool The direction of shear on the teeth indicates the damage occurred under a loosening load rather than tightening load Didn’t know where the job location was Had to go to them Didn’t even start the job but charged the full amount for a completed job Click mechanic put me onto the mechanic when requesting a refund to my credit card
