The website says the service would take 1.5 hour but my car was returned to me 4.5 hours later

Basically he just plugged in the diagnostics and read the fault code. So i really cannot complain. However the overall experience was a complete shambles and i ended up wasting my entire day.

The work seems good but the communication was AWFUL. I was quoted work to get my clutch replaced within 3-4 hours, and I assumed it would be done here or I would be told about a pickup cost if it needed that.
Instead, they picked up the car, and I didn't hear anything until the next day (Sunday) when they told me that they had been unable to work on it the day before as they closed early on Saturdays (information that was not available or communicated to me at all). On Sunday, I also had a recovery cost of £84 added to the bill, without communication.
On Monday, when they were finally working on my car, I didn't hear anything until the afternoon I had called the contact number multiple times all morning and left multiple messages. I was finally told that my car was being worked on and I would "probably" get it back that day.
Finally, once it was done, I was called to be told - however, they also tried to charge me an extra couple of hundred pounds for work that "needed" to be done on my car - including work that was part of my quote and that I had already paid for.
Won't be using again based on this communication, but like I said at the start, the work seems good. Read more

spent £630 on service mot and 2 new tyres, mechanic was late picking car up, and late dropping off, car was bought back damaged one of my alloys was scratched, trying to resolve with owner and he is just rude and unprofessional saying the wheel is just dirty!!, people avoid at all costs do. it use this company
