I had no communication at all from Syed A at SWIFT CAR HIRE , I had to call them for updates, and at no point in these calls did anyone at SWIFT CAR HIRE say they had any other problems with the my car.
I was told by the man who picked up my Shaf that he was the manager again I had no communication from them unless I called 1st
Very poor service and my car still has an oil leak and at no point was I given any indication that there was any other oil leaks, they say they complete the work but offer no evidence, all they show is photos of the underside of the car, with no photos to show the work being IE parts removed.
Shaf the manager told me when he bought the car back that when the car was on the ramp the oil was cleared off and Syed the mechanic told there was a leak coming from the Rocker cover and not the crankshaft oil seal what the car was it for.
NO ONE called me about this, I only found out when the car was returned to me, Shaf the manager to me said when he bought the car back that he would get this sorted out for me and would call me in the morning, but to date as I suspected no call and they are not picking up my calls now.
I have been SCAMMED out of £654.36

We appreciate your feedback but this is unfair review of the service we have provided. The car was booked initially on 8 Dec and after agreeing with you that its not possible to do the job in one day and you needed your car over the weekend we moved your booking to Monday to accommodate your requirement. The driver called in the morning before he collect your car to give his estimated time of arrival. The work was done by the end of the day and we called and explain that we want to keep the car overnight to check for the leak. you agreed to this. In the morning we done our checks again and we realised that there is another leak from Rocka cover Gasket.
We have been asked to replace the crankshaft oil seal rear replacement, Which we done as per your instruction. the fact that you become aware of another leak is because we told you about it. The work we done is guaranteed as per click mechanic terms and condition. We understand your frustration but you need to understand we have done what we have been asked to do.

The did a very good job and excellent service. Mark knew the job and he was very kind and courteous. The vehicle is running good. He was in time to start the work.
Mark told me that he received the wrong spare parts and he had to wait for the right one and that’s why it got delayed.
Otherwise everything was excellent.
