Yes Jae did a great job and I’m happy with the work carried out. Arrived as expected and job was done very quickly and efficiently.

Jae did a good job. There was a confusion about the time for collecting the car, but was apologetic and came next day on time. Called me half an hour before to confirm he was coming. The job was done earlier than the time anticipated, which is good. Car working well.

Very polite bloke. Car was picked up and dropped off fairly quickly. Communicated well for arranging booking. As far as I can tell, I can’t complain about the work they’ve carried out or the cost. Will return in future :)

Quite astounded the mechanic has charged the full £341 for NOT fitting the pads and discs as quoted, failing to even remove the locking wheel nut and stripping the top 5mm of teeth from the 10mm teeth on the wheel nut removal tool
The direction of shear on the teeth indicates the damage occurred under a loosening load rather than tightening load
