Paid for an electrical diagnosis, didn’t get one. No fault codes were available. 5 minutes with Google and I solved the dash light problem myself. Bolts were unavailable from his supplier so 5 minutes with Amazon and they were on my doorstep the following day. I didn’t realise I was making an appointment with a mechanic that worked from home and would be quite as ill equipped won’t be using click mechanic again

We had a Mechanic named Mohsin. What a lovely bloke. Great communication over the phoe and txt, turned up on time, he did a fantastic job, cleaned up after himself, very polite and we had a great chat. I hope we get him again next time, if not I will request him.

Very happy with the work

Mosin was great and he checked pulleys and recommended against fitting the belt but
getting the tensioner pulley looked at and then fitting the belt atop that. He did say I could
try putting the job back out via Click Mechanic. A partial refund was mooted given that the belt wasn't fitted and he told me this will take some 5 - 7 working days.
