A modest, straightforward and well-prepared person. He took out his tools, read the work order, and didn’t pretend to know everything. He simply got on with the job, repaired it, and clearly explained what the real problem was without inventing anything.

This mechanic is highly recommended: honest, down-to-earth and efficient. Hard to find in London these days.
