At first I was very happy with my pre-purchase inspection and I purchased the car the following day.

However there are three very obvious items that were missed, which makes me very nervous that the rest of the report was inaccurate.

1. Cruise control: The controls for this are very clear, on the steering wheel & worked straight away for me.
I don't understand how this was not seen / tested on the road test.

2. Air conditioning: whilst not labelled 'AC' I would argue that it was pretty clear that the dial turned to the blue was air conditioning as the air blown was very cool.

3. Headlight washer: Report says not fitted but they are very clearly some washer sprays under the headlights. Again, I don't understand how these were missed.

Whilst I know these are only minor details it does put in to question how closely everything was actually looked at. I wanted peace of mind with this purchase and unfortunately I do not.

He fitted a new car battery and we checked it worked. He took away the old parts also saving me a job. Would have confidence if he did a larger repair.

Mohsin Had great communication, contacted me the day before booking to finalise details. Took my car gave it a good service then gave me a quote for further work. Would happily recommend and use him again.

Mohsin was great. From collecting the car to performing the Interim Service and MOT - whilst informing me of the minor issues my car had. Couldn't ask for a better service!
