He was a nice man, the fault was kinda of identified but not exactly .
I have since taken it to a key specialist. But to be fair the mechanic did say it could be the keys fault.
All in all I'm happy enough with the call out, thank you

Mohsin was great - let me know when he was close, kept me updated with prices of parts when he needed to go get things, came back and fitted everything, allowed me to go for a drive to check I was happy before leaving. All completed within 2 hours.
