Terrible experience. Skip to the next quote, trust me. Left reverse switch unplugged, meaning I have no reverse lights or camera and denied all responsibility. Had to pay elsewhere to get it rectified

I booked a major service and MOT, and while the initial collection was punctual, the experience went downhill from there. Upon return, I was charged £13 for petrol without prior notice or explanation; the tank didn't even appear to have been topped up.
​Worse yet, the delivery driver’s own vehicle broke down on my driveway. He had to jump-start his car using mine, and in the process, he left a terminal lid open and the battery drained. This left my car completely unresponsive 30 minutes later, forcing me to walk to collect my son from nursery. I was genuinely concerned the electrics had been damaged. Furthermore, the 'major service' seemed inadequate; I only received videos of an oil and filter change, which falls far short of the comprehensive checks Peugeot recommends. Fasial is a fantastic mechanic. What an amazing service. He sent me videos of my car being worked on. And was very thorough.
He dropped my car off to me. So I offered to drop him to the train station. On the way i stopped to get some petrol and in our conversation I'd mentioned it was my wedding anniversary. Fasial bought me Chocolates. What a guy!!

I would not recommend using this mechanic. The correct channels of communication via click mechanic were not used and additional work was not quoted in writing as it should have been throughout. This unfortunately resulted to escalation via the Click Mechanic complaints procedure.

No communication the mechanic told me the garge was in Chelmsford and in fact Brentwood...
My car was taken for the day and brought back in the same condition it is undrivable and not safe.
I have reported to trading standards as this mechanic is dangerous and will cause a serious accident. He has taken a payment of 535 pounds and not done anything to my car.
When i questioned him about the repair he started shouting and filming me trying to intimidate me, telling me as a woman i know nothing about cars.he only left after my neighbour threatened to call the police.
