Fiasel kept in contact throughout, as I was on holiday, he sent a driver to pick my car a day early so we wouldn't be without it for too long. Spoke to him and he talked through the job. His driver delivered the car back to me the next evening.

Needed rear brake discs & pads. Also asked for a vehicle health check.
Brakes all sorted, new & shiny.
Vehicle health check says new rear brakes in good condition??

Had a slot booked between 10am and 12pm, they called to say it would be between 1pm and 2pm, which was fine. Hadn't heard anything by 3pm so texted to check they were still coming. Turned up at 5.15pm, in a car (rather than a van) and completed the service on my drive. Traffic issues on the day, which can't be helped, but as I said to Faisal, communication would have been nice and we could of rescheduled for another day as it didn't have to be done that day. Oil spilt on my drive which is disappointing, and I've now got to try and get that off. Work appears to be fine.

Faisal did an excellent job and resolved the issue quickly. He communicated effectively from start to finish, so I highly recommend him.

Faisal was friendly and i was happy that the vehicle passed the MOT. However, whilst taking the vehicle to and from the garage he took it into the ultra low emissions zone which I wasn't aware of at the time and now ive incurred two £90 penalties.
