He was friendly and knew a lot about what he was saying and explained it to me in words I understood. When we found out I needed more work doing that what I had first thought he talked me through it, got his manager to discuss it with me and gave me a thorough price breakdown. Him and his manager did everything they could to help as the extra work was going to cost much more than the original job and they were very patient while I worked out what to do. He carried out the work quickly and to a great standard. Would definitely recommend
