Mark did a magnificent job of diagnosing and fixing an engine fault in my Citroen C4 which threatened to keep me off the road. He was prompt and impressively thorough with his knowledge of the vast number of manufacturer fault codes and fixed the problem very quickly. My car is now as bad if not worse than before and it has cost me £180 for the privilege , before I could not open my back door now I can't lock it in fact when I lock the car if the back door is pulled open ( it will not lock ) the other 3 doors open.

Our mechanic was polite, courteous and professional. He called ahead of his visit and kept us updated on his progress. He worked diligently in bad weather and when his initially prepared set of replacement parts did not work, he procured replacement parts and returned to complete the job. We felt that he was honest, transparent and appreciated that he stuck with the job until completed to our satisfaction.
