Unable to attend 1st appointment so had to rearrange. Sam when he arrived requested to charge his tablet!!!.problem quickly diagnose and regeneration with DPF cleaning solution added.However this still left warning lamp on .Same agreed for me to take car for a long drive of which I did and txt him when returned for him to revisit and switch light off .On return from 1.5 hour motorway drive I have no reply from telephone call made ,voice mail left or txt sent.PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED.

Despite Sam arriving for a vehicle inspection and not the diagnostic I required, (this was the error of a previous ClickMechanic and nothing to do with Sam), he immediately switched into helping to determine what was causing my vehicle problem.
