Oil looked dirty oil filter looked dirty...air filter was dirty! I don't think it was serviced? I called and he said he would do it again as he thought oil was out of date? Not impressed at all.

Like i stated oil filter would look dirty when you drive along a dusty track from our unit to the main road if you would have wiped the oil filter you would have seen the filter was brand new it was just dusty from the track on if you would have looked at the brand name on the filter you would have seen the manufactured date was 0425 which means it was new on the vehicle also saying the oil filter was damaged when not realising the damage isnt damage its the filter cup flutes.
In regards to the oil yes it was darker than others but this was due to a suppliers issue given us oil that had been out of date since 2020 which we did rectify for a more expensive brand due to being the light golden colour you wanted.
With the Air filter yes i did apologise as i did forget this but i did pay the MOT site to fit it for me which they unfortunately took the payment and didnt swap this over for us.
but we thank you for bring this to our attention and glad we rectified this matter rapidly for you

Unable to attend 1st appointment so had to rearrange. Sam when he arrived requested to charge his tablet!!!.problem quickly diagnose and regeneration with DPF cleaning solution added.However this still left warning lamp on .Same agreed for me to take car for a long drive of which I did and txt him when returned for him to revisit and switch light off .On return from 1.5 hour motorway drive I have no reply from telephone call made ,voice mail left or txt sent.PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED.
