Sharez was brilliant.

He phoned me beforehand as he was able to come earlier, which I really appreciated. He took time to listen to what the issue with my car was. He then talked me through his thought process as he investigated and ruled out various things until he hit upon what the issue was.

Sharez gave me clear advice on what I needed to do next to get a repair made and reiterated it to make sure I felt fully confident that I knew what I needed to do. I didn't feel patronised and I didn't feel like he was trying to fob me off (which as a woman can be a common issue when dealing with other mechanics).

Really great work from Shaz. He phoned on the day to update on the pick-up and dropped the car back off a couple of hours later when the work was complete. Super easy.

Shaz was excellent. Came and collected the car, kept me updated throughout the repair. And returned the car to my address driving better than ever. No extra charges. Will be using him for all future car work. Highly recommended!!
