Mechanic was very helpful and called me with update and an over view of vehicle. He even suggested a couple of things to ask garage when I was discussing a part exchange. He was available to text and discuss if I had further questions.

I booked through ClickMechanic and had Sharaz carry out the work. He fitted a tyre, new brake pads and discs, as well as a shock absorber. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and to a high standard. Sharaz explained what he was doing, kept me updated throughout, and made the whole process stress-free. Great service and excellent value — I’d be happy to book with him again.

Happy with the work, a problem with a wrong part being sent so was delayed by a day, but was not Sharaz fault.

He phoned me beforehand as he was able to come earlier, which I really appreciated. He took time to listen to what the issue with my car was. He then talked me through his thought process as he investigated and ruled out various things until he hit upon what the issue was.

Sharez gave me clear advice on what I needed to do next to get a repair made and reiterated it to make sure I felt fully confident that I knew what I needed to do. I didn't feel patronised and I didn't feel like he was trying to fob me off (which as a woman can be a common issue when dealing with other mechanics).
