I have worked in the car repair industry for over 30 years. Operating as a mobile mechanic in this area for over 25 years

“Graeme took on a Fuel Filter Replacement I booked with Clickmechanic assuming the labour cost would be 0-1 hours. The job is awful on the Honda CRV (more so on the Automatic than the Manual), usually involving fitting from underneath with the underplate off. However there was no room to get the pump out or replacement in, meaning the driveshaft or exhaust would need removing. It meant Graeme slaved tirelesly on the job for 3 hours, entually getting the pump in by taking the wheel and another component off. He didn't give up even though most mechanics I think would have, and was completely professional and great throughout.

I would thoroughly recommend him and would not hesitate to use Graeme again.”

“Very nice man. Not being a mechanic I can't really comment on the standard of work carried out but it was obviously a very thorough service. I would have no hesitation in booking Faliak again. The only slight niggle is that I was expecting him on the Saturday morning but, when I messaged the previous day (Friday) to confirm, I got a message back that he would collect my car that day (Friday). It wasn't a problem but was a surprise. Also the service and MOT was carried out at Chiswick, about 20 miles or so from me, again a surprise, and there was very little petrol in the tank!”
