Faliak was incredible, great communication MOT and service was done and had my car back in a very timely manner. Even gave the car a wash and clean which was an added surprise.

Faliak was very professional and respectful. He did reply to all my messages asap and also explained to me about the advisory comments of the MOT. What I didn't like which was not his fault but the garage he works for, is that they promised to change the battery of the car but they didn't do in the end because they provided him the wrong size of battery.

Falik was terrific, could not fault him. 5* service from start to finish. Car picked up on time, dropped back at estimated time, cleaned and all work done to a reasonable price / high standard.

Very nice man. Not being a mechanic I can't really comment on the standard of work carried out but it was obviously a very thorough service. I would have no hesitation in booking Faliak again. The only slight niggle is that I was expecting him on the Saturday morning but, when I messaged the previous day (Friday) to confirm, I got a message back that he would collect my car that day (Friday). It wasn't a problem but was a surprise. Also the service and MOT was carried out at Chiswick, about 20 miles or so from me, again a surprise, and there was very little petrol in the tank!
