Great communication and customer service. I was informed when the car would be picked up and dropped off, given updates through out the day.
Car was even given a clean.

This is the second MOT and service Faliak has carried out on my elderly car. He is a very nice man to deal with. I am more than pleased with his work and hope to book him in future.

Faliak was incredible, great communication MOT and service was done and had my car back in a very timely manner. Even gave the car a wash and clean which was an added surprise.

Faliak was very professional and respectful. He did reply to all my messages asap and also explained to me about the advisory comments of the MOT. What I didn't like which was not his fault but the garage he works for, is that they promised to change the battery of the car but they didn't do in the end because they provided him the wrong size of battery.
