Faliak was great. He took time going through all the advisory points despite being under time pressure. Good friendly service and I even got a free car wash and he apologised for not being able to do a valeting service. Much more than I expected for a competitive price.

Regrettably Mr Khan did not comply with my requests to communicate with me regarding the battery change; I asked him to let me know if the battery actually needed replacing prior to changing it, he didn't; I asked him for proof of purchase of the battery, he hasn't and his reply was that I should receive it from Clickmechanic; the wiper blades were clogged up with gunk in the tank, therefore he couldn't have tested the wipers during the service, I had to take the car to another mechanic later to have it air cleared at additional inconvenience to me.
