Jamie was excellent from start to finish. He gave me around half an hour’s notice before arrival, which was really helpful, and came out to see me at a holiday park despite the parking and access not being the most straightforward. He was friendly, polite, courteous and got straight on with the job. The air conditioning is now working brilliantly. The car feels like an icebox again, just like it did when I first got it. I am absolutely over the moon, especially as it will make the journey home much more comfortable for both me and the dogs. I could not be more grateful. Prompt, effective, professional and excellent service. Highly recommended.

He arrived a few minutes early than the two hour time slot, which was great. He knew exactly what to do and took half the time quoted, but did make a bit of a mess under the car where he drained the coolant tank. He gave us some advice on another matter too.
