The day he came out he was running late but he let me know that he was running late, once he got here he was very good at telling me what was wrong with my car said he would pick my car up on Thursday to take it to his garage to fix my problem, came to Thursday heard nothing from him so I messaged him on the night to find out his battery died but no communication from that, he then said he would ring me that night to sort out another time to collect my car and from that I did not receive any phone calls so I’m not sure what happened

He called me to let me know what time he'd be here & he arrived as advised. He started doing the diagnostics & going through all the steps he worked out what the problem was & resolved it. Very Happy Customer

Great service overall! Rebaz diagnosed the issue straight away and advised us on a solution. He topped up the anti-freeze, checked the oil and tyres. One tyre was below the threshold, he advised it should be replaced immediately.

Correy arrived early and was friendly, he was able to tell me very quickly that it was not the alternator which we had assumed and booked in for, but instead the battery, I was told by Correy that clickmechanic wanted to charge me £160 for the new battery & fitting, I double checked by asking if that would be the whole cost and Correy said "yes" So I went ahead. I have since checked my bank only to find I was charged £199.27! I have questioned Correy however he has told me that clickmechanic must have added on there commission or something, he didn't really know for sure. This is quite disappointing for my second time using clickmechanic, as my first experience was really positive, however clickmechanic has now lost my trust and probably won't use them in the future. Telling me £160 then charging me £199.27 is a big difference

Dan communicated his ETA ahead of schedule and arrived punctually. He was able to communicate his work and other issues which may be outstanding, giving much needed advice and guidance. Dan did not seem rushed and took time to work on the car.

Valentin seems to be a Brake specialist. He arrived in the allocated time and did the job quickly and efficiently. Gave me advice on the brakes performance for the first 50 miles or so. Would highly recommend him.
