The prescribed work (CV Boot) was done perfectly. I have my doubts regarding the Full Service that I had booked along with it. The oil didn't quite looked new. And after just 3 months of service the Coolant has dipped below minimum. So not sure if the coolant was topped up in the first place.

Happy with the work carried out by the mechanic and at such a short timescale… I was under work pressures to get my vehicle back on the road.

Nice young man came to collect car, although in spite of a two hour window he still managed to be late. Miguel contacted me very quickly by text to let me know what extra work was required to get my elderly car through its MOT. Gave me a price which I thought reasonable so asked him to do the work. Car was returned around 5 hours after collection which I found pleasingly quick. Received my receipt for payment and my Service Report by Email so I knew car was on the way home. MOT certificate handed to me by driver when car arrived. Altogether very happy with the service provided. My first time using this way of dealing with my car. Having lost my husband recently I am a total novice when it comes to caring for my car and I was a little unsure. Found the pick up and drop off service so helpful. Miguel was timely polite and kept me informed of times for collection and delivery. Everything went very smoothly.

The driver who picked up my van turned up 15 mins outside of the 2 hour window provided for pick up, the service was good, The VAN was in for MOT, a repair was needed, this was done, and the MOT passed the same day.

Miguel was very knowledgeable and will only let him work on my cars in the future
