Turned up on time, spend 6mins looking at car, found the fault and left. Gave us no quote for works needed and the warranty guys said the report wasn’t good enough so asked for further help and got nothing. They was recommended by my warranty cover but apparently not there issue. Nearly £80 for absolutely nothing of any help

I cannot recommend Manuel enough! He was on time, both with pick up and drop off, very responsive and not to mention extremely accommodating. I had to rearrange last minute due to a family bereavement and he managed to fit me in the next day, plus didn’t charge me for a last minute change! Wouldn’t book with anyone else now. Thank you!!
