Very detailed. I wasn't present at the time, so he gave me a call to run me through everything. I even called him back 3 separate times to ask questions, which he was more than happy to answer for me. Very friendly and helpful. The report was thorough with plenty of detail for me to be satisfied, and pictures of every tiny bit of 'damage'.

Aadil failed to provide the service advertised which was to diagnose a specific issue. He highlighted the wrong fault which lead to me wasting a lot of money. He refused to engage or accept any fault when I reported this to him afterwards and I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company. I would avoid using him as it will lead to wasted money

Hi Matthew, I’m sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with the service. When I diagnosed your car, the system flagged multiple faults, and I provided you with a full diagnostic report. I also advised that repairs be carried out at a garage so you could properly confirm and fix the issues.
As you decided to have the work done elsewhere, unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for the outcome or the costs charged by another mechanic. My responsibility only extends to work I carry out personally, which I always stand by.
