Duane was superb He took car to carry out rear brakes pipe replacement and works were carried out as per agreed timescales There was a engine warning light which he diagnosed as the rear wiper motor and talked to me and then once he had costs of parts put total cost on click mechanic Having used Clickmechanic before and had other mechanics Duane communication was above all others

Yes, polite and friendly. I wasn't present, so please see comments below as I paid for a full service. Just hope that he carried out all the aspects required including changing the oil , oil filter and air filter. I checked the oil on the dipstick and it was still black not clear.

No other garage (and I called over 30) wanted to touch my head gasket failure. Francois was excellent from the moment he made contact. He personally collected my vehicle. He kept me informed on the initial inspection, including sending multiple photos of the failed components and damage. He then called or messaged me with updates on further work and costs. My vehicle is now back after 10 days. Francois dropped it off this morning. Hopefully all will be well with the repair. The customer service is notable. I’ve had terrible service and attention in the past from the main dealer. They sold me the car and didn’t want to touch this problem. Thanks Sandicliffe! I’d strongly recommend using Francois’ garage and his mechanics. Thank you
