After being ignored by Marcel for an entire week, he conveniently decided to respond to my WhatsApp message right after I posted my recent review below. He asked me to delete my comment if I wanted a refund for the faulty car battery he installed, which I declined, as he has already proven to me that he cannot be trusted. Then, he deleted his WhatsApp message, but it was pointless since I had already taken a screenshot. He then went on to say, "Believe me, you are the loser, you will need me in the future." Is this really how mechanics talk to their customers?! Marcel is unprofessional, deceitful, and a fraud. It’s truly embarrassing that he’s willing to ruin his reputation for the sake of avoiding a refund on a faulty car battery that he claimed was new. Despite boasting about over five years of experience at BMW in Stuttgart, Germany, with a merit graduation, he failed to register the battery or reset the BMW computer. I sincerely hope he plans to use the money he’s defrauded from customers to retake his exams properly.

Mo was great and really efficient with his work. Mo came out to supply and fit a wheel bearing on the OSR and we noticed on the road test the NSR was gone also. Mo ordered a NSR and he was back to my house within hours to fix the other side. Great customer service and I couldn’t thank him enough.

I dont normally leave reviews but R&G went above and beyond to make sure the job was done for me. Great communication and friendly service, will deffo be using again in the future 👍

Apart from doing a great job, Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The advice he offered regarding the MOT advisories was also greatly appreciated.

Car was picked up in the time margin given. Dropped it back the next day. Communication could have been better. Landline wasn’t answered on the couple of times I rang,had to ring the mobile phone number to be able to speak to anyone regarding the progress of my car. Overall,service was good.
