Ryan was very good and friendly was a little held up with another job but made up for it

Car was picked up in a timely manner and driver was friendly and explained what they were going to do phoned me back a few hours later with the problem being diagnosed unfortunately they were not able to carry out the repair for me as my car needed some coding done and they did not have the compatible software.

Mark and Jason were both punctual, friendly and very professional in their diagnostic work. They identied the issue with the malfunctioning dashboard and error codes and following tests with the computer and checking electrical wires and a 20 minute test drive the dashboard was reset and hopefully fixed. Would highly recommend Mark for future work. Many thanks.

Despite being a qualified mechanic, he could not find the fault so an hour & £96 wasted, my son fixed the problem himself , not happy won’t be using your service again.

I asked for the VIN to be checked in three places and the inspector failed to communicate the vin number of the vehicle. I understand that this was outside of scope, but prior to the check of the vehicle you confirmed that this will get done, without a problem. Now I don't know if the car is cloned or not, at least based on a basic independent check so I am back to square one having wasted £130 and a day of my life.

Can only be honest , paid 200, car failed it’s MOT after service was done, it’s an old car ,he gave me the reasons it failed then offered to buy it for 250, after spending 200 already on a point less service with an engine light already on that’s a fail(as I’ve found out since) I didn’t see the point of letting it go for 50£ since it came back a bigger issue, but chocolate bar on seat been left melting an the door has had a smack which has left it bent and scratched , no mention of it in conversation till I rang mechanic today , who said he told my wife when car was dropped back off ( she said he didn’t) doors a mess but if he would have told me or the wife he’d fix it I could have accepted that but now after a conversation with him he’s offered to do it, can’t really have any faith in his words ,don’t have faith in the service it’s had , don’t want to take it back to have door fixed for above reason s …. Not one for bad mouthing someone’s business and I hope others have a better service but will not be using this service again I’m afraid but I can only be honest after being asked to review
