I booked a Full service and MOT through Click Mechanic. All the garage did for the service element was oil and air filters as they said this was all click mechanic asked for! I therefore don't know it the fault lies with click mechanic or the garage. I have used click mechanic for years and never had this happen. I'm not happy. I have paid alot of money for an oil and after change!!

Damien was great. I was a bit impatient but it was worth the wait. Car was picked up and delivered safely. Drives perfectly now like never before. Would recommend 💯

Gopal, collected the vehicle at the described time and communicated along the way.
The initial quote for the clutch was £566 however the second part needed was an additional £370 (dual mass fly wheel).
They sent a video of that defective part showing that it actually had "play" in the bolt mounts.
The video shown the registration of the vehicle following to the defective part proving there was no foul play.
Although the clutch was slipping, the car would also "judder" setting off from lights, this explains the extra required part.
The vehicle drives beautifully now and I can't see any signs the car has been worked on so they clean up afterwards.
The vehicle had to stay in the locked compound overnight as I couldn't collect the same day, they happily charge free let the vehicle stay there.
I will be using clickmechanic again as the service is reliable and informative. They take care of everything, all you do is pay and collect. All additional works is proven not hidden/added without reasoning.

Paid extra for what I thought meant next day repair but seem to mean that they would just pick the vehicle up quickly a little pricey but hopefully all is well with the repairs
