They were exceptional! First time we used them and we were positively surprised. Very friendly, very quick (despite some unforeseen issues). Kept us in the loop and provided a good overview of what had been done. Grateful for the quick and great work!

Yes the job took a bit longer due to ordering a part and I was able to use a loan vehicle so very pleased

What a great service. The car was picked up promptly and I was given updates of progress on the car. Also provided photos of before and after. The car was dropped back off to my house at he end of the day as promised. An additional part had to be ordered during the work but no additional labour was charged - very pleased

Mechanic took the vehicle as arranged and was returned, Today (Fri) after returning from a trip to Brighton, My handbrake warning light came on and am unable to move the car, something is very wrong and it needs dealing with at your earliest opportunity as I have hospital appointments at Brighton and Haywards Heath this coming week !! Charlie was great after further inspections during the service a fault was found which ment that the mot spot was not used but the mot will take place now on Friday.
