Anhar was friendly enough but didn't know what the issue was....told me it was starter motor fault until id showed him how to manually by pass the system to get the car started to prove it wasn't a starter motor fault. Told him that id been advised it was potentially a ad blue fault for him then to write on the report its a relay issue which again is wrong.
He did say he'd never seen how to manually by pass the system before.

Service, MOT and brake repairs completed as requested. Car picked up in agreed timeframe.
