Jonathan, with Northern motors was amazing when the seller didn’t want to let us test drive, Jonathan made an effort to try and convince him, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole ordeal, would book with him again.

The mechanic was really good, fixed the problem with car and picked up the calls whenever needed and friendly.

My mechanic was nice and friendly, he wasn't the mechanic that I was told would be coming to carry the work out on my car so hopefully this doesn't end up on the wrong mechanics page which I assume it will, there was alot of miscommunication the day of the work being carried out, the mechanic was about 15 mins late which I believe was not his fault and I was notified he would be late, he was at my home around 15 mins and discovered that the work could not be carried out and I was still charged £84.86 for no work to be carried out, I definitely would not recommend clickmechanic at all, if I knew what I do now I never would have went through with it, I would rather go to a garage myself in person always from now on, this is no disrespect at all for the mechanic that came out or the garage he came from, he was a genuine nice lad and so was the other man or 2 men I spoke to on the phone that day, I'm really not happy that I am so much money out of pocket and I am no further forward fixing my van, this is not a rant at the mechanics or the garage but to clickmechanic it's self.

Great and would definitely use him again great communication. This is annoying now.

Couldn't have asked for a better mechanic, competent was on time and really helpful. I was in work on the scheduled day however this was no issue. I arranged to meet him in the morning and he had solved the issue out by midday! He made sure I was happy with the work that had been done prior to him leaving. Would definitely recommend and it I have any issues in the future I will be requesting this VM.

Tom did a great job. Turned up bang on time. Had to take the car away because the problem was a sticking clutch. The original quote was for a clutch replacement but Tom realised it was just the cylinder that needed to be replaced. He took the car at 1.30 and it was back on the driveway by 6.30. £250 for parts and labour and having watched various videos I know how long it can take to get to that part of the gearbox. It's the first time I have used Click Mechanic instead of my local garage and I'm glad I did. Neil Penge SE20

Coming from a lady who has no idea about cars and the anxiety of walking into a garage is just so overwhelming, finding click mechanics was a dream.. bit apprehensive at first as you never really know.. but honestly it couldn’t of been easier, was able to pick a time for the repair - Max was my mechanic, he is a really friendly guy, who very quickly sorted my car out. Highly highly recommend would definitely use them again.
