Micheal was very nice, however, I was surprised that a diagnostic check wasn't done before he started work on my car, originally when I booked the job I didn't think it was the battery, I said it made a strange noise when I turned the key, this came back as a faulty starter motor, which Micheal replaced, it still didn't start, he then checked the battery and said in fact that, that was the problem!
So after paying £208 for a starter motor diagnosis that didn't need changing, he would come back and change the battery for a further £197

Michael quickly responded to my issue, diagnosed the problem, and explained the necessary steps. He provided a quote a few days later, and the work was completed shortly thereafter, even during the Christmas season. I couldn't be happier; the entire experience was straightforward and hassle-free. The work was done on my driveway without any complications. I will definitely hire Michael again.

I still waiting for the report of last visit, hope I will have one. I ordered diagnostic of the car because engine not started.
