I don’t think he’s a mechanic because he didn’t know my battery was flat and I didn’t need to go to the expense of a starting motor I should claim the money back from him

done a great job and was on time saves time putting your car into a garage getting it fix at home

Mechanic was late but did call, arrived is a beat up car and was scruffy, not a good first impression. For the time spent on the vehicle, the mechanic was in a hurry, I fail to see how the report was produced, a lot of assumptions must have been made, certainly not worth the cost.

Arrived on time. Told about other work that needed done. Very helpful and trustworthy.

Did the diagnostic, took a few photos on his phone of the faults and gave me a quick glance at them. Said he would price the job and get back to me that night. He never did, so I contacted him for the price, to which he replied saying still hadn't priced yet but would get back to me. He never did. I then gave him another day and then asked for the parts required so I could price the job elsewhere as i needed the car back on the road asap and he has ignored the message. Seems he is happy to run around to take £80 for diagnostic checks but unwilling to do any work required.

Was supposed to be 2 parts fitted he said didn't need 2nd part next day after repair engine management light came back on contacted him n he says other part must've needed done asked if he could sort this no reply since I would ve been happier if he fitted both parts at the time.

Kai was bang on time and carried out the work quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. He kept me up to speed with issues and provided me with the information to rectify it.

He gave a clear and helpful summary of the Viano I was looking to buy and then clarified for me some areas of concern that I had. All in all, a very efficient service. I booked it and had a visit the same day.
