Sorted the car for me and I'm happy with the job .

I had booked a previous inspection before this one, and in that case, the mechanic contacted me before the inspection and even showed me the car’s condition over a video call. However, this time I wasn't contacted at all. The mechanic did his job and was punctual, and based on the inspection report, I went ahead and purchased the car yesterday, as it appeared to be in good condition.
However, I’ve now discovered that none of the power outlets (cigarette adapters) in the car are working. I'm not sure whether this issue falls under the scope of the inspection, but I’ll review the inspection policy to confirm.

No communication at all. Didnt attend call. Didnt reply to text and message. Mechanic was very rude, left brake fluid spill on the driveway, told me off by 'who are you talking to mate?' when I asked to please double check if you have put under-bonnet seal back in properly. It was a simple job but done in a rush.

I had booked for a time between 8-10am and thr mechanic turned up at 10:55am. He said he eas delayed but I was his first booking for the day. How does that work? ClickMechanic are quick to take the payment before the work is carried out, but do nothing when their mechanic is late. Thye even charge for work that wasn't actually done. He said he couldn't push back the caliper and would need a new one, but I have got it pushed back and works perfectly well. The work was done by a different mechanic and said the guy ClickMechanic sent out had no idea what he was talking about and should have done the job.

Was really helpful and explained everything clearly and kept it simple. Would definitely recommend.

Kai and his colleague were efficient and friendly. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

They came and did the job with little hassle to myself. In all took them a couple of hours and car was back in action. For my part I just needed to give them the key and advise where the wheel nut was. Didn’t need to leave the car anywhere or drive it anywhere. No real down time or awkward commute as you have just left your mode of transport at a garage.

Arrived on time, were extremely quick and officiant, very pleasant to deal with
