I paid £80 for the same day diagnostic because my windshield wipers wouldn't work when I tried to use them earlier. Mitch provided very good communication about when he would arrive and then texted 15 minutes before arrival to confirm. He was very polite and professional. We chatted about the problem and he opened the hood and went to test the windshield wipers and they worked (much to my surprise). He then went back under the hood to understand why they weren't working previously and confirmed that one of the wires was loose. He offered to tighten this, which I agreed. I really wish he would have confirmed how much it would cost me for him to do this (£40) because I never would have accepted if I had realised as I could have easily done it myself. Mitch was treffic, I couldn't be happier, the work he did on my car.
First I was quiet concerned about the booking as there was no reviews and he was quiet new with ClickMechanic, then I decided I would be the one for the first review If I been treated with care.
NODOUBT it was excellent experience, though Mitch is very young but he quickly figured out the problem. Sorted it in same time slot not to leave me without car.
His quick observation was excellent and the price was reaonable which he charged.
I will definately book him in future and refer to friends & family.
