I regret to say that I am not satisfied with the service provided. Prior to the appointment, I used my own diagnostic equipment and shared the fault codes with the mechanic. Based on this, we specifically requested a professional DPF cleaning service using proper machinery, as we expected a thorough and effective solution.

Unfortunately, the DPF was not cleaned using professional-grade equipment, but rather with a small bottle of cleaning fluid — the type that can easily be purchased online from platforms such as eBay or Amazon. The entire procedure was completed in about an hour and had no noticeable effect, yet I was charged £278 for the service.

The mechanic claimed that the error code pointed to a damaged DPF, but we had hired a professional service precisely to avoid such assumptions and to ensure a proper cleaning was carried out. I am disappointed with the quality of the work and cannot in good conscience recommend this service to others. It was, in my view, a waste of both time and money. Read more
