Paul was great. Knew what the problem was immediately and showed me everything so I understood it all. Couldn’t fix it there and then as didn’t have the parts, but I now have a clear understanding of what needs to be done.

Jacek was excellent. Arrived when he said he would and even though I had booked in for a new starter motor he also gave my vehicle a diagnostic check of the charging system and a battery health check while he was here. I highly recommend Click Mechanic and Jacek, it's not the first time I've used them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Bogdan was amazing, informative and to put it politely “just cracked on”. Despite a tiny set back I was informed and reassured.

He did encounter an issue, which he fully explained options and allowed me to make a decision.
