Renault Kadjar Engine oil & filter replacement

I’ve only given 3 stars due to the fact that my under tray clips were all broken off and replaced with cable ties by the mechanic. I wouldn’t have noticed but the cable ties were dragging on the floor. Having said that the oil and filter change went really smoothly

Friendly and fast service, though there was a bit of confusion about whether he was coming to me or I had to bring the car to his garage. I think this was caused by the click mechanic site rather than the mechanic though.

To clarify, the charge for the bulb was £19 the extra was made by Click Mechanic and there commission and I did not add any extra fees for the installation. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
As for the coil spring, it was indeed already broken before the road test, and our inspection aimed to ensure your vehicle's safety by identifying any existing issues. We strive to provide transparency and a quality service with quality replacement parts and I hope we can make your next experience a more positive one.
