Mihai was very polite/ efficient and got on with the job and it was all completed in the time that was stated. No mess left , I had a new oil sump with all the trimmings needed . I'm sorry to say that they couldn't fix it. He was extremely apologetic because he couldn't do what he came to do, which was to get it started,and it wouldn't start.
